As Senior Partner and head of Rivean’s Zug office, Gianluigi has been involved in a number of buyouts in the DACH region and Italy including MBK Fincom and TAS.

Prior to Rivean Capital, Gianluigi gained experience as an intern with Helbling Corporate Finance (M&A) and with Horváth & Partners.

Gianluigi obtained his master’s degree in accounting & finance from University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
