Nikolai is a Senior Partner at Rivean Capital. Since 1997, he has been involved in various transactions in The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, moving to Switzerland in 2004 to establish and grow Rivean’s presence in the German-speaking region. In 2010 he moved back to The Netherlands to focus on Rivean’s investments in the Benelux. Nikolai served as Managing Partner and Head of the Netherlands at Rivean Capital until June 2026.

Nikolai obtained a master’s degree in business economics at Maastricht University (The Netherlands).
